Important Message!
Our Return/Exchange Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you order from The Paddle Company does not meet your expectations, simply contact us for a Return Authorization (RA). Please do not return any merchandise without first receiving a Return Authorization.

All net sales are final once shipped. Please make sure you've selected the correct net before you place your order. We cannot issue Return Authorizations or refunds for nets!

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships. Send a message requesting cancellation and your reason for canceling the order to: .orders@thepaddlecompany.com. Make sure you include your Order Number in your message. If you have been billed we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.

Once an order has shipped you will need to follow our Return Authorization procedure.

Return Authorization Procedure

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send a message explaining why you are dissatisfied and request a Return Authorization (RA) for your order to: .orders@thepaddlecompany.com within 15 business days of your order. Make sure you include the Order Number in your message. We will issue you an RA number. Under no circumstances will we accept a return or exchange without an RA number. Box the item securely in it's original shipping container and write your RA# clearly on the package. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories. Ship the item back to the following address:

If you request a refund we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, once the item is received in good condition. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs required to return the item to us.

If you request an exchange we will ship the replacement item within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
