General Shipping Policy and Pricing
We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our great prices and service plus the convenience of delivery to your door.
For your convenience, we offer two shipping options: Standard, and Express. Orders typically ship within 2 business days, so an order placed on a Friday night might not ship until the following Tuesday.
Where can I have my order shipped?
Within the U.S. and major US protectorates: We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major protectorates and territories of the United States: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
International shipping: We ship to Canada, Europe, Asia, South Africa and South America. For more details see "Shipping Regions" below!
Can I place an order at ThePaddleCompany.com and pick it up at The Paddle Company store?
No, not currently. We deliver all orders via the shipping option of your choice, straight to your door, or to another delivery address that you enter during Checkout.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
During Checkout, you can add a shipping address other than your billing address. To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.
What type of confirmation should I expect once I've placed an order?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second e-mail when your order has shipped. Please save these e-mail invoices for your records
