Over the last 10
years many of the improvements to our products have been developed because you, the player, have
told us what you liked or didn't like about them. Improvements like graphite and titanium paddles
came about as a direct result of customers telling us they wanted lighter and more durable
equipment. These improvements give players an edge allowing them to play longer, stronger games
while minimizing the negative effects of prolonged exertion.

Dear Clark
Further to my reply to u on 14th Sept, I have today received the paddles safe & sound. They are of much better quality than I had expected. You're a star!
Incidentally I was pleasantly surprised to find a couple of new balls enclosed with the bats. They are of course smaller and have a lot of bounce, even on grass, compared with punctured normal tennis balls. The Rules of Play for Paddle Tennis on your website stipulates "...pressurized tennis ball approved....for tournament play (with) pressure reduced by being punctured.....so that.....the bounce will be ( 30" - 33" when dropped from 6' )......" Are these Paddle Company balls therefore specially designed, say, for the four-wall/fence game or paddle ball or..... ?
As we progress with returfing our lower lawn and setting up our grassed version of paddle tennis we'll try various balls out anyway. In the meantime we await delivery of newly-constructed castiron tennis posts cut down to 33" high - with winder and wire drawline for the net which you supplied a few weeks ago.
Over the past 60 years I have enjoyed the UK-equivalent game, 'padder tennis', over two different periods. First, on grass in the early 'fifties and then, in the seventies, in a double garage utilising 3 walls as court limits on 3 sides. It is a great form of tennis and, sadly, our manufacturers and distributors appear no longer to cater for it. Hence my interest in introducing it as a reasonably serious project here.
Depending on such progress, I may well be in touch again.
Thank you for your exemplary service and contribution....
Date: 6/25/2009 - Review posted on Amazon.com for our Bat Ti Pro paddle!
This is an amazing paddle. I had an old wooden one that was given to me by a pal just to make sure I was into the game enough before spending real money on gear. When I got this, I was astounded by the increase in hitting power and speed I was getting with a paddle maybe half the weight. This thing fires bullets, and ball control is much easier and more precise with the coarse striking surface. I haven't had it for long, but it appears to be of amazingly solid construction, with a good snug handgrip, and already miles above the wooden paddles I have used.

At the end of the day I must say thank you Clark for turning this situation around, kudos you deserve it. Within the course of working hard towards being the best at whatever it is that an individual or a team of people seek to achieve, mistakes will be made. What is often times overlooked is how the mistake is responded to, and in this given situation you have proved that The Paddle Company is more than willing to rise to the occasion and make those that they serve feel well served.
Respect, from a now long term customer,
We do not make this paddle, but we certainly appreciate the compliments on the IceMan!

I was given your contact information from the Bronx Indoor Lanes. I purchased a "Ho Chin Reactor" paddle a few months ago and enoyed using it until this past Sunday when I noticed the skin had cracked (on one side) from the pre-drilled holes (basically from the top holes to the bottom holes).
I have never had this happen to any of my other paddles (ex: Ice Man)
What type of warranty is there on this paddle?
Please let me know what my options are.)

I just wanted to leave VERY positive feedback for the Customer Service Dept at The Paddle Ball Company. I recently purchased a paddle cover which developed a tear in the interior of the cover in a very short period of time. I e-mailed the Paddle Ball Company and was sent a BRAND NEW paddle cover the very next day. I am very satisfied with the prompt service that I received and will be purchasing more items in the future from this company that stands behind its products with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee :)

I have been researching the difference between your different paddles particulary the Falcon Ti. I would like to buy a titanium/graphite paddle. Is there any other titanium/graphite paddle that you sell. I have been looking at the Sting and different websites have different descriptions. Is is a titanium/graphite paddle that you make other than the Falcon Ti in the same price range or less. Thank you for your help.

Hi,my name is Arthur S. Im 56 years old.I had been playing paddle ball for 5 years. Then I
stopped for a period of about 7 years. About 4 years ago I took it up again in my local gym. I
bought a wooden paddle, because that was the least expensive 1 in the store. Boy was that a
mistake. After a month of playing, my right shoulder started hurting something aweful. I went to
my doctor, and he asked me what kind of new activity I was doing. When I mentioned to him that I
had taken up paddle ball again, he asked me if I didnt have some old injury. Which brought back
some old forgotten memory. Six years prior to my restarting my paddle ball game I had fallen from
my bike and by putting out my arm to break my fall, I had injured my right shoulder. At the time I
went for light therapy, and the pain went away. So my doctor told me that if I want to save my
shoulder and still be able to play paddleball, I must change paddles. He advised me to look for a
paddle with a rubber core. That would act as a shock absorber, and it will keep my shoulder from
inflaming. I didnt realy know what to look for. So I kept on looking and trying paddles that my
friends were using. 1 day as I was browsing on ebay,I noticed that there was a paddle being
offered for auction made by THE PADDLE COMPANY by the name of the STINGER. I called up some local
sports store, and lo and behold, the guy told me that paddle was the 1 I should be using,as its the
best 1 around. I bid on it, and as it turned out, I actualy got 2 of them from the seller, and at
a very good deal. As soon as I started playing with the Stinger a few things happend. First of all
and the most important was, that my pain dissapeard. Next my game improved 100%. Third of all,
since all my playmates saw that I had 2 of them, they all wanted to play with me, if I will let
them use the other paddle that I had. Needless to say at least 5 of my mates went out and bought
different models of the paddle, all made by THE PADDLE COMPANY. Recently I got a hold of a newer
model paddle by the name ODONATA also made by THE PADDLE COMPANY, and let me tell you. I thought
that my game was good, no way. This paddle realy did improve my game. So far its the best 1 yet.
Needless to say, that anyone asking me what paddle to get, I tell them no contest, its THE PADDLE
COMPANY or dont even bother. I will also mention, that today I had the pleasure of talking to 1 of
your customer service guys by the name of Clark, and he was like a breath of fresh air. In this
age of rush rush, he actualy took the time, and gave ne the courtesy of listening to what I had to
say. He deserves a gold star next to his name, if not a corner office with a view, LOL.
I felt that this whole experience with your company deserved my taking the time and showing the
appreciation that I have for your company, its products and its customer service. Keep it up.
A happy customer

I just wanted to let you know how much playing with the Odonata has helped me. When I began
playing paddle my elbow constantly hurt me. I did some research and found that your company had
the technology to stop the vibration that causes the pain. I have played with the Odonata now for
5 years and still to this day love it. I'm able to play tournaments and league matches pain free.
Thanks,

I take advantage of this opportunity to send my regards and those of my friend Mr. Miguel Herrera who introduced me to the El Condor paddle that you are promoting. I want to comment that I found it a great paddle - lighter than my El Vasquito wood, it allowed me better maneuverability for good returns with less efforts and less problems with my elbow. I also noticed the surface is rough and that allowed for much better slices and spins - something much more difficult with the wooden paddle. One more thing I felt was the dampening effect the paddle has on the shock of the hit.

Hi Clark,
Long time, no hear. In reply to your e-mail, I have already put the word out. I have copied
the picture of the demo IMG paddle you sent me. I have shown it to a good number of people.
The reviews have been very favorable. I have heard such comments as, "It is a great looking
paddle", "When is it coming out?" "When can I get one?" I have also mentioned the new series
of colors on your other paddles that are coming out. A lot of interest there also.
So, feel free to forward the IMG paddle to me. It will be an honor to promote this paddle.

I was amazed by the effortless power, control, and the soft feel of the Grizzly. I don't want to play any more with my old wooden Powerpaddle.....my buddies are eagerly waiting to try the Odonata also. You will probably be getting some more orders for either the Grizzly or Odonata from people in St. Augustine in the near future. I will post feedback on your website on the Odonata after I play with it a few times.
Thanks.........Terry

Hey clark, I played with the Platform Tennis ball today. I noticed that the ball is softer than the Viking ball. When driving the ball I felt less impact on my arm and also felt that I had more control of the ball, maybe because the softness allows the ball to compress more on impact and not just pop off. At net I also felt like I had more control of the ball when returning a hard drive. Wire play was minimally different from the Viking ball, it came off the wire a bit less than the Viking. I did notice the flocking seemed to wear less than the Viking and more uniformly. I placed a Viking ball and yours in the freezer for about 15 min. at 20 degrees, although I didn't play with them after this I did bounce the balls several times and they both appear to bounce at the same height. In all I liked the ball and felt the major difference was that the ball seemed to have less impact on my arm.

Hi, Clark;
Just a quick one to again thank you for introducing me to the Falcon Ti. I played a game with it
last night and I can't get over the fact this paddle's so powerful for its light weight! Our game
was with very quick players and required fast reactions and because of the Falcon Ti, I was able
to "hang" and make some awesome gets, drop shots and kills. This is one great paddle-
Thanks again!

. . . Of course, I travel with my The Paddle Company paddles, and I must tell you that "The
Falcon" is the best thing you've ever done. The nuances in the weight and maneuverabilty of the
paddle are outstanding. It's like using a BMW with your arm. I think it's a phenomenal
breakthrough in paddle design; it's light, powerful, and allows players more flexibility when
using their wrists to swing. I, for one, love it. Most paddleball players are slow in changing
their equipment, so don't lose hope if your orders do not come immediately. They will be there;
I'm sure of it. The Falcon is just too good a paddle to pass up---we're just dealing with a
conservative athletic community.
Again, thanks for your thoughtfulness.

I recently played in the Merion Cricket "member - guest" tournament (and won it!). Yep, I used the El Toro and showed it off. Two guys at the club were already playing with your paddles . . . the Odonata, if I remember correctly

I read in the Platform Magazine that your competition can not figure out why ball sales are
down...because their balls are lousy...the Paddle Company Balls are far superior to the their
balls..

Subject: El Toro Paddle
Clark,
I have been using the El Toro paddle for the past several weeks in our interclub matches. The most noticeable benefit so far is my improvement in volleying, particularly against top players who drive the ball at a high rate of speed. The control I have is outstanding!
The other benefit that I have been anxious to test is the "shock absorbing" benefit of the rubber core in preventing tennis elbow. I put that to the test this past weekend in Pittsburgh. We played 6 long matches in the West Penn Platform Tennis Tournament and I experienced NO pain in my elbow - NONE! It was a noticeable and welcome improvement.
Thanks for introducing this technology to the sport of platform tennis.

Clark,
I received your paddle and paddle mitt yesterday - thanks. I played with it in our men's intraclub play this morning. It was teriffic! There was no vibration on any of the mishits and I felt like I had more control over drives due to the softer core. I will continue to use it for our interclub matches and will take it to Pittsburgh in a couple of weeks for their tournament.

Mark Kebe

Hi Clark:
Thanks for having my new Grizzly paddle to me so quickly, used it for the first time tonight in a match and I am thoroughly pleased with it - much better control and spin off serve than with my old paddle, a Viking OZ. Also, thanks for the winter hand mitt, I'll be using that very soon!

I recently bought a new Viking paddle (the Oz 3) and the surface is already falling off in pieces. Ugh. Anyway, I play in the #1 position for my club and we play inter-club matches every week. I also typically play in a few tournaments in the area every year. I'd be more than happy to show your product around. By the way, my dad is thrilled with The Grizzly he purchased from you this year. He says its the best paddle he's ever played (and he's played for over 20 yrs!)
Thanks,

Last time I bought a paddle was three years ago, I called TPC and spoke to you. You were instrumental in guiding me to the perfect paddle for my style of playing, which was the Viper Ti Pro. This was truly a great paddle for me. But today this paddle has a huge crack and it is time to move on. Please guide me in choosing the right paddle which would be the one most similar to my old paddle.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Sincerely,
James

I have been using your paddles for several seasons. I would have to say that the Odonata paddle
is the best I have ever used. Over half of our women's team and quite a few of our men's team are
now using this paddle. It has been a great paddle for players with elbow issues.
I would recommend this paddle to anyone who would like to improve their game and avoid 'tennis
elbow' In addition to a great product you have a professional staff that is both knowledgeable and
helpful.

I would just like to let you know how much I like the Odonata paddle. Last year I had severe
paddle elbow (also called tennis elbow) and had to wear a brace and take Advil everytime I played.
This became a real problem during tournaments when I had to play four matches a day. Now that I
have switched to the Odonata paddle I have no symptoms at all. I no longer have to wear a brace
and I am painfree. I rave about this paddle to my friends and a few have switched with the same
happy results. It's a great paddle!

Having played with both Viking and Wilson platform tennis racquets in the past, I can honestly say
that the Odonata and Grizzly are far superior to any of the models I used to play with. I have
been playing with these racquets for three weeks now and I haven’t had ANY elbow pain at
all. My husband had taken over my Odonata and plays with it in his competitive matches and has
raved about its performance. I can’t wait to have more of my friends try these racquets
because I know that they will love them too.

Our team in California just playtested your "grizzly" and it was by far superior to other paddles we tested from your company. The Odonata was the number one choice before the grizzly. Immediately after hitting the first few balls with the grizzly, many agreed that it was the best choice for paddle tennis. It has also been a pleasure working with your company to supply our team with paddle tennis equipment.
